Mechanical Estimator – Romsey

A Mechanical Estimator is sought for a growing contractor based near Romsey, providing a permanent position working from an office in Ower. The role involves tender pricing, preparing and submitting competitive bids, and analysing contract documentation for complex projects. Candidates will calculate costs, manage subcontractor relationships, and attend client meetings to clarify project requirements. Key skills include commercial acumen, negotiation, and proficiency in Word and Excel, along with attention to detail and multi-tasking abilities. The ideal applicant has at least two years of estimating experience in the M&E construction sector or relevant skills and is self-motivated and ambitious. Flexibility for hybrid working outside the region is available, with on-site attendance as required.
