Audit daily time records using enterprise timekeeping systems to ensure accurate employee time tracking on active projects.
Validate time entries, approvals, and late submissions; identify discrepancies and enforce payroll integrity.
Monitor unapproved, missing, or late time records and drive timely resolutions within project-defined timelines.
Perform daily dispatch validation by comparing project rosters against TK3 time records to ensure personnel alignment.
Review Project Labor Codes, monitor supervisor-to-monitor ratios, document exceptions, and escalate issues to leadership.
Generate and distribute daily AM/PM audit reports and weekly trend analyses to support payroll decisions and compliance reporting; this is an on-site role with extended hours.
