Registered Nurses – Glasgow

Clyde Sector has Band 5 registered nurse vacancies in High Dependency and Intensive Care Units at the Royal Alexandra Hospital. All posts are based within the Clyde Sector of NHSGGC, with permanent rotational full-time contracts of 37.5 and 34.5 hours available, subject to variation. Successful candidates will work in a modern critical care environment with opportunities to rotate between units for skill enhancement and education. The units include a newly built Intensive Care Unit and a busy High Dependency Unit, both enhancing critical care capacity in Scotland. The role involves caring for critically ill patients requiring organ support and specialised care, across emergency and elective pathways. Candidates should demonstrate compassion, motivation, and good communication skills; previous critical care experience is desirable, but acute nursing skills are also valued.
