Cook – West Bromwich

A Cook is responsible for preparing and cooking nutritious meals tailored to residents' dietary needs in a care environment. The role involves planning menus with a focus on fresh ingredients and balanced nutrition, maintaining accurate stock records, and ensuring cleanliness of the kitchen and dining areas. Candidates should possess a Food / Hygiene Certificate, good communication skills, and be able to work independently or as part of a team. The position entails working 36 hours per week on a rota basis, including weekends and bank holidays, with a pay rate of £13.50 per hour. The role requires adherence to health and safety standards and maintaining high standards of food quality and hygiene.
