La posizione
The Marketing & Events Coordinator will support the marketing team across national and regional events of varying sizes. They will own event processes from planning to on-time, on-budget delivery, including venue selection, logistics, on-site coordination, and post-event engagement. They will manage vendors and relationships, organize trade shows and conference appearances, and handle shipping, booth needs, and speaker coordination. They will support marketing campaigns with design and social teams, and assist with research on industry trends and competitive tactics to identify opportunities. They will contribute to planning and managing projects, ensuring alignment with strategy and deadlines. The role requires strong attention to detail, organization, curiosity, and the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment, with minimal travel.
