Technical Estimator – Dale Abbey

The Technical Estimator position at XEIAD involves leading scope evaluation, resource estimation, and engaging suppliers for infrastructure investigation, inspection, and surveying projects. The role requires preparing accurate estimates, bids, and tenders in compliance with standards, alongside developing risk registers, project programmes, and operational plans. Candidates will liaise with operational teams, clients, and the supply chain to obtain competitive quotes and conduct site visits and pre-tender planning. They will present commercial estimates during bid reviews and support contractual handovers post-award. The role demands clear technical and operational knowledge, experience managing complex programmes, and familiarity with Microsoft Excel, complemented by relevant engineering or surveying qualifications.
