Senior Process Engineer – Northampton

A Senior Process Engineer specialising in lithography is sought to support process development, optimisation, NPI, yield improvements, defect reduction, and continuous improvement in a high-tech semiconductor fabrication facility. The role involves developing, supporting, and optimising photolithography and e-beam lithography processes, maintaining equipment, and analysing manufacturing data using SPC, DOE, Six Sigma, and statistical techniques. The engineer will lead process development, qualification, and cross-qualification of equipment, while collaborating with multiple engineering teams. Responsibilities include improving process parameters, supporting technology transfer, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental procedures.
