Join as a Civil Engineer-In-Training to provide engineering support on residential land development and site infrastructure projects.
Assist in feasibility studies, cost estimates, and the development of comprehensive project schedules.
Facilitate design plan production for regulatory submissions and client approvals, and assist the Project Manager with engineering design tasks.
Coordinate engineering services for drainage, grading, and pavement design, including site visits, submittal reviews, and construction administration.
Analyze and apply latest local, state, and federal regulations; implement innovative, cost-saving design concepts.
Qualifications include a BS in civil engineering, active E.I.T. in the required state, 1+ year of land development experience, proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D and MS Office, and willingness to travel and work overtime.
