Database Administrator – Anywhere

A globally recognised FinTech organisation is seeking a skilled database administrator to manage critical data infrastructure with a focus on PostgreSQL and Oracle databases. The role involves migrating workloads, ensuring high availability, and implementing security standards compliant with PCI DSS. The candidate will work closely with development and DevOps teams to optimise database performance and support automation tools. Candidates should have hands-on experience with AWS services, database security, and performance tuning, with some experience in automation and monitoring tools preferred. This is a six-month contract with potential for extension, offering a daily rate within IR35 regulations. The position allows remote working, prioritising technical expertise and collaborative problem-solving skills.
