Structural & Civil Project Manager

A Structural & Civil Project Manager is responsible for managing building, civil, and refurbishment projects from inception to completion, including reviewing surveys, developing briefs, managing contractors, and ensuring safety and budget compliance. They oversee design development, procurement, and delivery, coordinating statutory and operational requirements throughout the project lifecycle. The role requires experience in building fabric, structural repairs, and compliance with standards and health & safety laws, with involvement in live operational environments. Candidates should have a background in construction, strong project management skills, and stakeholder management expertise. Working independently with the ability to take ownership from day one is essential, along with willingness to commute to Wallasey four days a week.
