Design, develop, and optimize machine learning models and algorithms to tackle complex problems, working closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams.
Preprocess and analyze large datasets to derive meaningful insights and ensure data quality for production systems.
Deploy ML solutions in production using established tools, frameworks, and MLOps practices, including model versioning, deployment, testing, and monitoring.
Collaborate across functions to integrate ML models into products and services and drive measurable business impact.
Monitor performance of deployed models, iterate, and fine-tune models as needed while ensuring explainability and compliance.
Thrive in a diverse, cross-location team with a balanced hybrid work model (3 days in office, 2 days remote) and mentor junior data scientists or engineers.
