Lead a global team of Recruiting Coordinators across the US, UK, and India to ensure consistent, high-quality execution of the candidate lifecycle.
Standardize end-to-end recruiting processes from candidate interest through onboarding, with clear SLAs and scalable workflows.
Own system governance for Greenhouse, Workday, GoodTime, and HackerRank, partnering with People Tech to configure, integrate, and ensure compliance.
Identify bottlenecks, optimize processes, and deliver data-driven insights to TA leadership to improve capacity and experience for candidates, hiring managers, and interviewers.
Lead global change management initiatives and develop training and enablement materials to ensure widespread adoption of new tools and structures.
Requires 5–8 years in Talent/Recruiting Operations with 1–3 years of people leadership, plus proven ability to operate in a fast-growing, global environment.
