Backend Developer (Azure) – West Midlands

A backend developer specialising in Azure is required to work on a mature backend platform within the digital healthcare industry, focusing on design, development, testing, deployment, and support. The role involves developing backend services with C# and .NET, maintaining Azure SQL databases, and implementing event-driven integrations using Azure Service Bus. Candidates must have experience with Azure Functions, API Management, CI/CD with Azure DevOps, and monitoring production systems with Application Insights. The successful applicant will manage end-to-end technical delivery, work independently, and contribute to Agile teams through planning and review activities. Excellent communication skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve issues proactively are essential. This role is outside IR35, initially lasting three months, with remote working options.
