Construction Manager – Blyth

A Construction Manager specialised in Civil, Structural and Architectural works is responsible for managing all site operations, coordinating with project teams, overseeing subcontractors, and ensuring project safety, quality, and progress. They are expected to review technical drawings, solve technical issues, and monitor project timelines and resources. Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills are essential, along with experience in large-scale construction projects, preferably data centres or mission-critical facilities. Technical expertise in construction sequencing, QA/QC, and safety practices is required. They must ensure compliance with project specifications and deliver successful project handovers.
