El puesto
Act as the main HR point of contact for employees and managers across a manufacturing environment.
Provide clear, legally sound guidance on disciplinaries, grievances, absence, performance, and capability.
Lead employee relations cases end-to-end, including investigations and hearings.
Manage long-term absence, return-to-work processes, and the full employee lifecycle (onboarding, probation, performance reviews, leavers).
Develop and maintain UK-compliant HR policies, maintain accurate records, and ensure GDPR compliance.
Collaborate with senior leadership on people strategy, change, and continuous improvement while supporting shop-floor and office teams.
