Provide frontline IT support to teachers, staff, and students by troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
Configure, deploy, and maintain end-user devices (Windows PCs, Chromebooks, iPads) and core tech systems.
Support AV setups and technology for school events, ensuring reliable operation.
Collaborate with the IT team to implement, document, and improve technology solutions.
Explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users and maintain high customer service standards.
Work a 12-month schedule with occasional evenings/weekends as needed, staying adaptable in a dynamic school environment.
